All products are made-to-order, ensuring premium quality prints tailored to your preferences.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time.

2. Ordering & Payments

All orders must be placed via our website or official social media channels (Insta: @maadzone.official)
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments via secure gateways.
Full payment is required before order processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard shipping times range from 3-5 business days maximum depending on your location.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
MaadZone is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, holidays, or natural events.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom-printed products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp @ 8368598767 within 48 hours with images for verification.
Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of placing an order. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, logos, and content on MaadZone are our exclusive property.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties.
Payment transactions are securely processed, and we do not store card details.
